Campsite Use Guidelines

• Open Flame Policy: Open fires are strictly prohibited throughout the RV park. Guests may use propane fire pits as an alternative.

• Arrival & Departure Times: Guests must depart by 11:00 a.m. and may check in between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 p.m., please inform us in advance.

• Visitor Registration: All guests must register at the office upon arrival.

• No Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy. Violation may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

• Quiet Hours: From 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., we observe quiet hours. Guests may continue to socialize quietly. Non-compliance after one warning may lead to eviction.

• Security Measures: The bridge gate locks at 10:30 p.m. and reopens at 6:00 a.m. Please plan your parking and departures accordingly.

Reservation & Payment

• Minimum Age Requirement: Bookings can only be made by individuals 18 years or older, with a valid photo ID required at check-in.

• Booking Information: Reservations must include full names of all adult occupants and a valid credit card for booking confirmation.

• Rate Variability: Campsite rates are subject to change without notice, and all fees include a 5% GST tax.

• Group Bookings: Enjoy group outings while adhering to site occupancy limits.

• Reservation Guarantee: Your booking is secured until the day of arrival. Post that, unconfirmed bookings may be reassigned. Charges apply for confirmed reservations and no-shows as per our cancellation policy.

• Cancellation Policy: Please review our strict cancellation terms. Cancellations must be emailed to sunnys.coldstream@gmail.com with your reservation number. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeframe, with specific conditions for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures.

Additional Policies

• Extended Stays: Subject to availability, extensions can be requested prior to the original check-out date.

• Child & Pet Policies: Children under 5 stay free. Pets are welcome with responsible ownership. Fees apply for non-compliance with pet rules.

• Site Maintenance: Guests are liable for damages to the campsite or property, with immediate reporting of pre-existing damages required to avoid charges.

• Vehicle & Watercraft Regulations: Parking is designated per site, with additional vehicles and watercraft subject to daily fees and regulations.

• Safety & Conduct: Guest safety is paramount, with regulations on visitor information disclosure, smoking, and conduct to ensure a respectful environment.

• Liability Disclaimer: Sunny Red Deer RV Park is not liable for personal property loss or damage. Guests use park facilities at their own risk.

By booking a stay at Sunny Red Deer RV Park, guests agree to these terms, acknowledging liability for compliance and understanding that violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
